• "Vownest" – The company/platform providing venue listing and discovery services.
• "Venue Owner" – A registered user who lists their property/space for potential rental.
• "Event Organizer" / "Client" – A registered user searching for venues to host events.
• "User" – Anyone who accesses or uses the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Vownest.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Vownest reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Venue Listings

• Venue Owners are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated information about their event spaces, including descriptions, images, pricing, and contact details.
• Vownest may review listings for clarity and quality but does not guarantee their accuracy.
• Vownest reserves the right to remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, or violate our content policies.

5. No Booking or Payment Services

• Vownest does not facilitate or process bookings or payments between clients and venue owners.
• Clients must contact venue owners directly using the contact details provided on the listing.
• Any agreements, pricing negotiations, or transactions take place off-platform and are solely between the client and the venue owner.
• Vownest does not charge commission or service fees for bookings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Since bookings and payments occur outside the platform, any cancellations or refunds are subject to the agreement between the client and the venue owner.

Vownest is not involved in and cannot mediate refund requests or disputes.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide honest and accurate information.
• Respect other users and not engage in harassment, spam, or fraudulent behavior.
• Not post or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malware.

8. Platform Usage

• Vownest serves as a venue discovery platform and is not a party to any agreement between users.
• Vownest does not own, operate, or control the venues listed on the platform.
• We do not verify or endorse any venue and encourage users to do their due diligence before making arrangements.

9. Content and Licensing

• Users retain ownership of any content they upload, but grant Vownest a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.
• Users must not upload content they do not have rights to or that violates third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Vownest is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, quality of venues, or conduct of users.
• Users accept full responsibility for any agreements made off-platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected and used.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users.

13. Changes to Terms
